The Founders Journey

This programme is a perfect complement to Grow, Scale & Exit Services. Over 12-weeks, you develop the mental, emotional, and life skills you need to make sure you are growing along with your business, and to become an even more extraordinary leader. Along the way, you will break traditional patterns of thinking and working so you can build on your successes with ease.

The Founder’s Journey is a 12-week, action based personal transformation program that helps you become an extraordinary leader and thrive in all aspects of your personal and professional life. Through the program, you will gain the essential tools, concepts, and experience for you to:

  • Regulate your nervous system
  • Deepen your present moment awareness

How does the program work?

  • You will have a 60-minute, 1-on-1 coaching call every two weeks, with 6 calls in total. 
  • When you sign up, you will receive a PDF in the format of a textbook. 
  • The invitation is to read the first unit in advance of the first call. On the call, you will discuss the content and any questions with your coach. Then, after the call, you’ll be invited to do the following (the time commitment is ~3-6 hours per week): 
    • Complete a weekly reflection exercise (~1-2 hours)
    • Do a daily practice (~15-30 minutes each day)
    • Read the following unit in preparation for your next coaching call
  • We are also available between calls to support you and answer any questions.

The Value Exchange:

The program costs £3,000+VAT in total, paid upfront and in full.
