An Exiteer™ is a founder who’s been through growth, fundraising, or exit themselves, and is trained to guide others through it. They’re not advisors brought in for a single opinion, and they’re not coaches working from theory. Exiteers™ are selected for their experience and their ability to listen, challenge, and support founders through complex decisions. Every Exiteer™ is trained in The Grafter’s methodologies and frameworks, and works within a shared approach, but brings their own perspective, judgement, and scar tissue to the table. Not every exited founder becomes an Exiteer™. Only those who can translate experience into clear, practical guidance do.
