What Is It?

The Business Diagnostic is where everything we do starts. It’s a structured, facilitated deep dive designed to surface what’s really happening inside a business. It looks at the whole picture: strategy, operations, delivery, commercial performance, risk, and people. Just as importantly, it creates space for founders to step back and talk honestly about what they want, what’s working, and where things feel stuck. Founders often describe it as the first time they’ve had a clear, joined-up view of their business, and often like going through business therapy! We don't shy away from asking difficult questions and probing into the dark areas you've tried to quietly ignore.

Deep-dive Workshop

This is where the real work happens. Usually a 3-4 hour workshop with one of our Exiteers. This is a structured, facilitated workshop designed to surface what’s actually going on across the business, and how it feels to run it. We explore the facts, challenge assumptions, and create space for the conversations that rarely happen day to day.

Report & Roadmap

You’ll receive a clear, plain-English summary of what we’ve seen. This will highlight the biggest challenges right now, and give you a roadmap to start putting in solutions, or planning your next chapter.
