We Rise Together
The Grafter community exists because building a business can be isolating, even when things are going well. It’s a space for founders to talk honestly, share problems early, and help each other move faster with fewer mistakes. It’s not a networking group, and it’s not performative. It’s practical, supportive, and grounded in real experience. Most members find it becomes one of the few places they can speak openly without having to explain themselves.
What the community looks like
A large, active WhatsApp group
Over 120 founders sharing questions, context, opportunities, and advice, openly and without judgement.
Monthly group check-ins
A space to problem-share, sanity-check decisions, and talk things through. Swearing is encouraged.
Monthly masterclasses
Practical sessions on topics founders actually care about: SEIS, hiring, tax, leadership, storytelling, hypergrowth, and more.
Live & in-person
3-4 in-person community events run in London through-out the year, with special guests and plenty of opportunity to network with your peers.
Founder-led insight
Regular perspective from founders who’ve built, scaled, and sold businesses, including all the shitty bits.
Real collaboration
Members regularly help each other win work, form partnerships, and move faster. To date, the community has helped generate £2m+ in business and revenue through direct collaboration.
Why it works
The Grafter community isn’t built around status or self-promotion. It works because people show up as they are, help when they can, and trust that the support will come back around. Some founders come for advice. Some stay for the relationships. Most value the feeling that they’re not carrying everything on their own.
The Grafter Community brings value because of its members, and a big part of that is respect for each other. All members of The Grafter Community agree to be bound by our Community Code of Conduct.
